What's the best (and cheapest) way to record a Skype conversation?

You didn't say what platform you are on. Nonetheless, assuming you are on Mac OS X, there are a number of free to inexpensive ways to record the sound transaction of an application.

For the W2K/XP/2003 folk, there's Pamela Basic. It does a lot more than just record Skype calls, so it might be overkill, but you might find some of its other features handy.
