Cheap Japanese palmtop?

Looking to buy a cheap old WinCE palmtop. The catch? I want one that has a keyboard and allows entry of (or at least display of) Japanese text.
Any suggestions where to go for such a thing? Is it possible to track down a copy of Japanese Windows CE and install on, say, an HP PC660LX or something like that?

How about this incredibly awesome computer, the Sharp Zaurus SL-C3200. It's a fully featured computer running linux and has japanese input.
You can get it on ebay for about 500-600$

You can even put a wifi card and get internet access. This is an awesome computer.

Response by poster: $500-600 is over my price range by about a zero. : P I think I've actually found what I want on eBay for about $50, and apparently JWPce allows Japanese text display/entry without native OS support.
