Help me identify a song in Scrubs 6x11

This week's episode of scrubs had an instrumental song I want to identify. Would you know what its called?

I've extracted the soundtrack between 4:00-5:30 and it's available here. I would appreciate any help at identifying the exact artist and/or name.

If neither of the other two answers yield results, it may be that it's just filler or stock music. It certainly sounds like it, and that sort of music can be quite hard to pin down.

From what I can make out, it's highly unlikely to be Phil Kelsall, but I can't find the track specifically.

This page also has song listings for this season of Scrubs. But I agree with wackybrit, it sounds like music composed for the scene, not a commercially-released song.

As a Scrubs fan, I say it sounds like the incidental music composer. (You'll recall all the instances of "do do do do DO do do..." at sad moments).
