Good mp3 download company specializing in out of print records? Or other cheap mp3 sources?

I remember hearing about a stellar mp3 subscription download company that specialized in out-of-print records, maybe about a year ago. I checked them out at the time and was amazed at their catalogue, but not having my own computer, didn't sign on. Now I can't remember their name. Sound familiar to anyone? Can you reccommend any other good cheap mp3 sources (other than iTunes...)?
Probably Emusic for the obscure MP3s, but they sorta suck now.

Yeah, emusic is more punk/alternative oriented.
I just discovered netlabel yesterday, which is a directory of MP3s (and ogg vorbis files, as I've discovered) published free on the web. They even have an RSS feed. Cool!
