Google Form History Restore?

Which index.dat file should I use to obtain accidentally erased Google form history? A little

I am helping out a friend in GMT, while I am in GMT-5.
System Restore is does not seem to provide the results I am expecting. It maybe a user error, my lack of understanding what SR can restore, or SR itself? The user has restored the computer to the most recent restore point on her computer; however, no form history remains. The form history was erased this morning. Not sure by what means: user or not.
Perhaps a remote assistance maybe required...as it is difficult to determine if the procedures provided match what the user is seeing on their computer.
I am using Super Winspy 3.10 to view the .dat.

Or am I on the wrong path to find and restore or view this information?

Any Hive help would be awesome!
Thanks

Well, first off:
"System Restore does not affect your personal data files (such as Microsoft Word documents, browsing history, drawings, favorites, or email) so you won't lose changes made to these files."(Microsoft KB)
Regardless, I'd be very careful about using system restore if you aren't sure what you are doing. This is a nice way to lose a lot of data.

Secondly, it looks like Winspy doesn't show Autosave information - just URLs.

Last, if it's just Google history you want, check out the Google Search History page. It has to be turned on, but it's possible that it was running already.

Form data lost is usually just that. Index.dat only lists visited URLs, not what you did there.

The best program I've found is CCleaner. Perfect for erasing all those little chunks of data from... well whatever you leave behind.

This behavior is by design.
