Hey you, Grey's Anatomy fan -- what was that song?

I got stuck watching 'Grey's Anatomy' for a few seconds last night (11.02.06) and during a scene they were playing a song in the background that I have heard before. It was the scene where some of the cast were in a comatose old man's room, studying, hiding-out, or whatever. Does anybody know the name of that song and who performs it? Thanks.

I think they are generally listed in chronological order of when they appear in the show, if that helps.

You can hear the Teddybears song on their website, but I'm pretty sure that was from another scene.

Thanks for the direction to that site camcgee! Grey's Anatomy has great songs on it all the time, and I've always wished I could find out what they are. Awesome!
