I am planning on dressing up this halloween as an election judge. What kinds of props would you expect to see in an election judge costume ?

A sheaf of ballots premarked "Republican" with which to stuff the ballot box?

Perhaps you should trumph up the "judge" aspect of the costume with a gavel covered in election stickers? Maybe hand out those, "I VOTED TODAY" stickers

A ruler, maybe some rubber gloves, a magnifying glass...oh, wait, you said Election.

Actually, you may have something with the magnifying glass.

Dimpled chads.

A big bag of bribes/grift. Get a cloth sack, stuff it with scraps of paper, and write a big "$" on it with a black Sharpie. Hide it theatrically, but very poorly, whenever somebody looks in your direction. You could also do the same with the Republican ballots orange swan suggested.

Don't forget a pair of horse blinders.

Why do I picture white hair and a visor?

Since LSP is in the Chicago area, I think the "bribe bag" is a must, as is the pre-filled out voter reg cards (with 1800's names like "Eli Whitney" and addresses like "St. Mary's Cemetary, Plot #132"). However, the Republican-box-stuffing should actually be Democrat-box-stuffing (unless LSP is actually in DuPage County). Also, I would modify the "I Voted Today" stickers to say "I Voted (Early & Often) Today".
