Kramarczuk's in Minneapolis
Found this site online, gourmetfoodstore.com, they claim to specialize in hard-to-find salamis and say not all their products are on their Web site. They say: "e-mail us customerservice@gourmetfoodstore.com or call us toll free at (877) 591-8008 with an explanation of the product you would like to purchase, and we will respond within 2 business days."
