Yet another 'help me remember this movie' question

OldEducationalMovieFilter: When I was in late elementary school or in junior high (late 60s...yes, 60s) I was shown a film several times. It had to do with creativity, I believe.
The only two parts I remember are a scene with a bunch of ping pong balls bouncing on city streets, and another scene where people are crossing a downtown intersection and the traffic light suddenly tells them to stop and start doing exercises (such as jumping jacks, I think).
I also saw "Donald in Mathemagic Land" more than once around the same time, but I strongly doubt I'm consfusing the two movies.
Does this jog the memory of any fellow baby boomers? A title and (if possible) a link to it on the 'Net would be wonderful.

Looks like you got it, iconomy...
does anyone know if this is available anywhere? I have a class I'd love to show this to.

Looks like you can get it here. Expensive, though. There's apparently a clip you can watch on the site, but it doesn't work for me.

Response by poster: That does indeed look like the answer, iconomy. I can't believe how expensive it is! Maybe I can get it through my library. Thanks, the hivemind comes through again!

You could try college libraries (particularly small liberal arts schools), and asking any art teachers you know - it's still assigned viewing in a lot of art appreciation classes.
