Christmas Invasion

In the 2005 episode of Doctor Who titled The Christmas Invasion there was a song near the end that starts "Well I woke up today". The song takes place as The Doctor's 10th personality is choosing his outfit from the stores in the Tardis. Can this song be had in it's entirety anywhere?

I'm dissapointed I can't get it, but not surprised. Us lonely Doctor Who fans here in the USA get slim pickins these days. Why, if it weren't for b--Oh! I almost said something I shouldn't.

To threadjack a bit, there was a brief clip of a song in one of the Dr. Who Confidentials that went "I am the doctor." Anyone know anything about that one?
