where can i download previous episodes of "The 4400"?

i just stated getting into this show 3 or 4 weeks ago and just finished seasons 1 & 2 through netflix but I want to ketchup to season 3 without haveing to wait untill it comes out on dvd.
I could not find it on BitTorrent and was wondering if anyone new a good place to get it free
