How to get donated programming services for non-profit?

Where would I find help developing social-networking software for non-profit that might have other applications outside the non-profit industry.

The non-profit I work for has need for a social-networking software that would work something like MeetUp.com (but utlizing 'microformats', anonymously if desired, and limited to our membership). Unfortunately, we can't pay for the development of the software. We've had schools/graduate students donate similar services to us in the past, but I feel this idea has profit potential outside our little enclave and would like to find someone who would be willing to take the project to the next level as well.

Is there a website where I could post details of this idea and get feedback and potentially meet someone willing to do the work and write it off as a donation?

Why not just use meet-up?

You might also look into open source software that's might already do what you want to do, or provide an easy path to customization:

CivicSpace is a distribution of Drupal which assembles a number of Drupal modules useful for non-profit organizing. CivicSpace also does custom development. They like to be paid for their efforts, but I think they've pursued creative approaches to financing in the past.

Other non-profit oriented social networky software I know about: Greenpeace is funding something called Custard Melt.

If by 'microformats,' you mean what's found on microformats.org, you might find some interested developers on the microformats discussion list.
