Did Hunter S. Thompson ever give a public reading of his obituary for Richard Nixon?

If he did I'm not aware of it. This may not seem particularly helpful, but consider it's value as some negative evidence.

I have several snippets of audio of Thompson speaking on Nixon (not that that was an uncommon occurance), but I don't think they are the obituary. I pulled them off Limewire...you might want to give it a go.

Best answer: I suggest e-mailing his wife Anita at her blog, Owl Farm Blog.
