Bite-Sized Grounded Affirmation Podcasts

There are lots of daily affirmation podcasts that exist, but they are a little too woo for my tastes. I'm looking for shows that focus less on building confidence/self-love and more on mindfulness, building habits, practical guidance etc. Some examples inside:
- I really like The Next Big Idea Daily, which summarizes key points from non-fiction books, read by the authors themselves, but the subject matter varies wildly between personal development, history, politics, etc.
- I subscribed to an app called 'Fabulous', which was designed for developing ADHD coping skills and had a daily affirmation section that took quotes from philosophers and bad-ass people throughout history, expanded upon the lessons learned from those people and gave examples on how to apply the wisdom in our daily lives. I really liked this format, but that feature required too much menu diving in the app to get to it efficiently, and I was trying to reduce my screen time in the morning.
- Ideally, I'd love to find a funny or irreverent podcast that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Maybe How to Talk to Yourself but it might get old too quickly. FWIW.

You might check out the Daily Stoic and see if it's to your taste.

Have you heard about The Blindboy Podcast? It took me a couple of episodes to get properly engaged but it is well worth it. I am learning a lot about how to understand, accept and work with my own neurodivergence through Blindboy's amusing and informative ramblings about otters, Irish weeds, pigeons, Fisherman's Friend lozenges and his own mental health.
It is not bite sized or daily (quite long episodes and weekly releases) and is also very sweary but with an Irish accent so it comes off as more charming than offensive. The self improvement and mindfulness side of things are present but are often within the context of whatever deep dive Blindboy is exploring at the moment.

Rick Hansen's newsletter Just One Thing offers a great, short practice each week that is pretty much guaranteed (by me) to make your life better.
Also, Patti Smith's substack doesn't offer practice or affirmation but somehow always reminds me that paying attention and cultivating gratitude can be life changing.
