90’s text to speech program with lips?

My brother and I had a text to speech Windows program on a computer in the early-to-mid 90’s as kids that would speak. There would be a pair of lips that would move as if it were speaking. My Google fu is failing me. Any idea what that program was?
I’m looking to find those exact lips for a gag Christmas gift. I remember my brother and I typing kid stuff and cracking ourselves up for hours. Any help is appreciated!

Response by poster: Ugh those don’t seem to be the answer, but maybe the lips were generated in a specific way. I need to find the lips.

Response by poster: Thank you for looking! Hard to recall more detail, I wish I had more. But this is all I remember. I really wish I had more.

This is probably not what you're looking for, but the idea reminds me strongly of Alan Rath's Word Processor.

Perhaps this? The YouTube description includes details, and links to the software.

Microsoft Talkit?
Microsoft TTSApp (SAPI-5)? (It has a talking microphone instead of talking lips so maybe not).
Vintage TTS is my kid's special interest so if none of these are right, he will try to figure it out!
