Now you know the rest of the stories?

How many of Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian homes have two stories? I've heard they are "rare", but is there a database or even a spreadsheet somewhere that lists details like this?

The FLW Conservancy has an online database of his buildings. It can be searched by period/style including Usonian. Not sure there's specific details about number of stories, but some of the photos of the buildings are surely two stories and several are built into hillsides that may qualify.

I can think of two off the top of my head: the 2nd Herbert Jacobs house and the house relocated to the Crystal Bridges museum in Arkansas.

I think there's at least one in Buffalo, NY that has 2 stories.

Kentuck Knob has a basement-but I cannot recall if that was an addition of the conservators. Because it is an event space, and it was not part of the tour that I went on.
