Meta Quest 3 Horizon Worlds Parental Controls

How do I put parental controls on Meta Quest 3 Horizon Worlds? I'd like to set some sort of content-filters on worlds my son can go into or have to pre-approve worlds or something like that. It seems like a no-brainer that that this should exist, but since there's no login or anything like that it's just put it on and wander to your hearts content, that doesn't seem to be a thing.

I am perfectly happy to have the controls also limit me, as i have no interest in Meta Horizon Worlds.

This page seems to have info on the parental controls, although I haven't used them myself so can't confirm it works.

Essentially it looks like you need to create a Meta account for your kid (pretending they are old enough if necessary), and then manage their "kid's account" from your account.
