Please clarify you’re specifically asking for a recipe for the bread, not the entire sandwich?

In case it's the sandwich and not the bread, in honour of this question I put this product on my kids' sandwiches this morning. They were not regulation though, they were rolled up in pitas.

I got these once as a birthday present, in memory of a year lived in new orleans: Cochon Butcher Muffuletta 4-pack. They were very good. It is the whole sandwich and not just the rolls. Incredibly expensive, but cheaper than a flight there

Response by poster: Sorry, I thought roll was clear, just the bread recipe.

This recipe is probably the closest I'll be able to get to the ones I used to have, which include semolina flour. Fr some reason this didn't come up when I was googling before. Thanks!
