Nice simple Pomodoro app

My beloved Pomodoro app is gone and I need to find a similar one!
For years I've been using this awesome Pomodoro app. Recently I temporarily deleted it (long unimportant story) and when i tried to download it again, it was gone! Since then I've tried three different apps and none of them work right. Can you suggest a good Pomodoro app?
Here's what I want it to do:
1. I start it.
2. It goes for 25 minutes.
3. It plays a sound and then it asks me if I want to do a long break or short break.
4. I choose the break I want.
5. When break is over, it plays a sound and then I start another 25 minute session.
6. It keeps track of how many sessions I've done altogether, unless I clear it.
Thats it. I dont want to grow a cartoon tree or watch videos to earn more whatever. I just want it to do the 25 minutes, then stop and ask what break i want to do, and then do the break. I cant believe I cant find an app that does this.
The ones Ive tried so far, you do the 25 minutes and then it just... nothing. If I dont check my phone when i think it's almost up, I dont even know it went up. And then there's no prompt or countdown for the break... its so bad! Please help.

Not an app, but a website: Pomofocus.

I use one on OS X and iOS called "Be Focused Pro". It does mostly what you ask, but it expects a consistent break time after each interval.

For macOS, I like TomatoBar. Very clean, nice, and simple - does the things you ask for and nothing more.

If you are on Android, and you have an old phone that has the app or you have a friend/relative that has the app you can extract the APK file and then install it to the phone you want to use it on. There are several APK app extractor apps in the Play Store with a rating of 4.5 or more that work on most Android versions.

I really like this one. Simple, free, no ads, and looks good.
