Shared keyboard two language conversations

Google Translate allows you to type English and displays Spanish on another panel. I want that in both directions, i.e. if you type into the Spanish panel, it would translate it to English in the first panel as well. Does anyone know of a website that does this live? (iOS and Android need not apply.)

The kludge of course is to open two browser windows, but I’d like to do better than that.

Does clicking the little icon with the two arrows facing in opposite directions in Google Translate do what you want? Easier than opening two browser windows, at least.

Response by poster: We have done that in the past. The problem is that as the conversation gets longer, we have to keep scrolling to the top to use the button and then back down to start typing. And we can’t just delete the text because we’d like to have a history of what was said.

Might one of the DeepL extensions for shared documents work? https://www.deepl.com/en/integrations
