In search of a forgotten online planner system

I'm trying to find an online planner system that I used for a while last year. I think I may have first heard about it here.

The purpose of the planner system is to identify the different areas of your life and plan your daily tasks so that they are in line with your goals in each area. Each life area is assigned with a different bright colour and tasks related to each area would display in the daily list in the relevant colour. You can also add one off tasks which just display in black text.

The most useful part was that unfinished tasks didn't automatically roll over indefinitely. Instead the website encourages you to consider whether tasks that are continually postponed should be broken down further or if they are necessary at all.

At the end of each day, it asked if you had made progress on your goals and there was a space for journaling/reflection.

I used the website in my web browser. I don't think there was an Android app available.

I've been searching for it online but there are a billion to do app and productivity systems out there and I've had no luck!

I did a Google search on "Adaptive Daily Planner" and there were some hits that looked (maybe???) promising. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything else because, as you said, there are a billion to do apps/systems. Or maybe someone else will recognize the description of what you used.

I really want this so I asked ChatGPT, which suggested Week Plan and Lifetick.
