Recommend some Ethiopian cookbooks or recipe blogs?

Can anyone recommend some Ethiopian cookbooks or recipe blogs? (I gather it's a pretty diverse place food-wise. I'm only familiar with American Ethiopian restaurant food, and my main goal is recreating some of those dishes now that I've moved to a place with no Ethiopian restaurants — but I'd also be curious about other dishes and styles that I'm not familiar with.)

I can’t say that I am anything more than a dining enthusiast when it comes to Ethiopian food, but I like Luladey Moges’ Enebla. It’s authentic but geared to an American audience who might need a bit of hand-holding.

I make lots of things from Teff Love, which is a vegan Ethiopian cookbook, but as you probably know, so much Ethiopian food is vegan by default.

Seconding Teff Love, Kittee has cooked Ethiopian for me and she knows what she's doing (and is also a delight).

I can also recommend this book. Now I want some tibs.
