The "Best" Coursera Certificate Program?

What certificate program (non-coding) did you take through Coursera that blew you away? Bonus points for one with a connection to online pedagogy, online learning tools, virtual facilitation techniques, or social health.
I have the opportunity over the next 6 months to a year to have a Coursera Plus subscription at no cost to me. I will also have significant free time to focus on any program I decide to take. (Conversion to college or graduate school credit would not be paid for, however.)
I have no interest in coding, but would consider any other tech-based certificate that would enhance my own skills in online presentations and facilitation. However, I would also consider an outstanding, exemplary course in any humanities or social science subject that demonstrated great online pedagogy in its design and execution.
I am especially looking for certificates you have taken or at least completed classes within.

It's been many years since I've taken any coursera courses, but from the ones I've taken that are still offered Social Psychology was interesting (although with a bit of an agenda), and Game Theory (now split between GT1 and GT2 it seems).
The "Configuring the World. A Critical Political Economy Approach" course looks like is no longer offered, but the same instructor is offering Politcal Economy of Institutions and Development, which might be very similar, and I really enjoyed his teaching and the subject.
On preview - these are individual courses, I'm not sure if they are part of any "certificates".

I took this poetry course a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I am not a poet but wanted to understand more about poetry. And the class and instructor were fun! https://www.coursera.org/learn/poetry-workshop
