Skincare in glass

I love using hydrating mists and nice smelling creams on my face, but would prefer them to be packaged in glass and a somewhat lower price point than Osea. Whether packaging is in plastic or glass is often hard to find out ... if anyone has any favorites in glass, let me know!

The Ordinary makes great products in sustainable packaging that are very affordable.

I also use products from The Ordinary. In addition, I use Everyday Oil as a non-treatment facial moisturizer and on my hair, nails, and body. It is packaged in glass bottles. I buy the unscented version, but it is also available in three different scents.

I'm a huge fan of Rogue Star Beauty, and use several of their products! All are packaged in glass or other sustainable ways, and the quality is top-notch. Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve been happy with Acure products. The ones packaged in glass that I’ve used are this serum and this serum, but there are more. They list the packaging type for all their products on the product page and also have some products in recyclable aluminum tubes.

Cocokind has glass bottles for serums and sprays and sugarcane based tubes for other products. (They appear to have stopped making my go-to watermelon hemp oil, however, so I have no specific recommendations at this time.)

Good Molecules is a similar price point / brand to The Ordinary, and their serums are also in glass bottles. Often reviews on sites like Ulta or Sephora will comment on packaging.

NB, larger The Ordinary products like their 7% glycolic acid come in plastic.

I had a hair appointment today and the stylist was raving about Oway’s glass containers. I don’t have firsthand experience with their skincare line but it looks like they do have one.

The birthday gift from Sephora last year was Youth to the People cleanser and moisturizer, both packaged in glass. I quite liked the quality and performance of the products. They are slightly scented though so if you’re sensitive to fragrance I’d avoid. Their price point is not cheap but seems to be a bit lower than the Osea you linked to.

Seconding the recommendations for The Ordinary products. Not all their products are in glass but many are. And I find the quality to be excellent, especially for the relatively low price point.

Mad Hippie has a large number of their products in glass (so far, all the brown bottles and jars I've tried). I also think they smell particularly good.

Response by poster: I took a look at them all. I used to get the ordinary but they stopped making a mist and also hair is fabric and I got bored with serums. Everyday oil looks intriguing. I went ahead and ordered some mad hippie :)
