What product would you recommend for writing on a New York City green construction wall? This is for writing large amounts of text, so spray paint is too large font and unwieldy.
They're expensive as shit, but Posca paint pens or similar would probably work.

Depending on what you're doing, stencils and spray paint.

"lumber crayons" or "jobsite markers" - to use the terms used at home depot - are two options particularly well suited for rough surfaces like painted plywood walls.

Sakura solid paint markers are a good bet. Easy to use and write with. The red one would contrast nicely on your green wall.
Poscas are not so weatherproof as far as I know. Something oil based like a PX30 marker might be more permanent, but they’re drippy and don’t have much paint in them.

Can you make a stencil and (spray) paint over it?

3rding construction crayons/jobsite markers
i think a paint marker tip will get gummed up fast if you are doing a large ammmt of text.

Permanent, I would use a paint pen.
