CBG products

I read this study on the effects of CBG on anxiety and memory and want to try it; however, I do not want a product with THC in it and the pot shop says that, as a licensed dispensary, everything they sell contains THC. Outside of that regulated market, I am pretty skeptical about quality control and don't even know where to begin anyway. I mean, I see products on Amazon but I am so dubious. Can you help?

Best answer: Please do not buy products on Amazon, first off. Who knows what pig in a poke you could get?

I can recommend exploring the options at Mary's Medicinals (they do have store distro, but I am not familiar with how that works in the US); Wyld is a known and tested LP and they have CBG gummies available. (They even have a dropdown menu of THC free gummies.)

I will add that any product you purchase, please make sure it has been 3rd party lab-tested. Any LP (Licensed Producer) should be able to give you that information, either by request or right there on their website.

My point exactly.

Okay, I'm familiar with Wyld, had no idea you could get mail delivery from them. I will try these. Thanks!

I have used Wyld with and without THC from an in person store in California. I could tell the difference between the two !

If there are Serious Reasons you Must Not Consume Any THC (e.g., for employment), you cannot be confident that any product contains zero compounds that would be picked up as THC on a drug screen. Just be aware if that's something you genuinely have to worry about.

Response by poster: Thanks, but no, it’s just that it makes me feel panicky.

THC makes me panicky too, and I currently swear by Wyld's CBD / CBN gummies for sleep. I get the elderberry sleep ones - dark label - at my local health food coop and while they are heart stoppingly expensive, they do the trick. Also they are delicious. And no panic!

I too experience anxiety from THC. I've been very happy with Gorilla Gummies, which are labeled as having 0% THC and my experience bears this out. I get them from a local health food store.

Response by poster: Update: It just kind of softens everything. It's a fairly minimal effect, especially for the price, even if you take two at once. I will say that they are really delicious.
