Anyone know of a good shop carrying Yirgachefe dry process roasted whole bean coffee in the Seattle area right now? Thanks.

Best answer: Couple half-answers: Olympia is my fave in Seattle, and i’ve definitely gotten a natural Yirgacheffe from them in the past, but right now they’re offering a Sidama. Camber should be stocked various places and they have a washed Yirg. Narrative up in Everett doesn’t roast but may be worth a call based on what they normally brew/stock. I’m not sure what Seattle Coffee Gear has in stock but also may be worth a call.

Best answer: Check at Boon Boona Coffee. They definitely sell unroasted Yirgachefe. Haven’t looked at current offerings but I’d guess they have what you’re looking for.

Best answer: It's not seasonal until September -- the times stock has been available for me, admittedly in London, have not been until later in the year.

No answers, I live elsewhere, but I had the world's best cold brew this morning featuring Ethiopian Yirgachefe. So I understand the quest!
