Someone out there must have compiled a list of all the times Trump and other Republicans have tried to incite violence, alluded to using the "second amendment" against political opponents, etc. If so, could you please link me? Need it for a series of scathing "surprised pikachu" memes, thanks.

Sarah Palin's "second amendment solutions" remark in 2011 seems like a logical starting point.

In retrospect, Palin was a sneak preview of what the GOP would become.

The Autocracy Threat Tracker, while not specifically calling out second amendment dog whistling, does have a rather thorough list of all of the ongoing threat-to-democracy statements (including those involving violence, use of the military, etc).

Political violence is always bad has 9 examples, including "At another 2016 rally, Trump said of his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, "if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know.”"
