These 2 songs sound similar. More please.

I really like the atmospheric, dreamlike, futuristic vibe of these 2 songs coupled with the calming female spoken word lyrics. Do you know any other songs with a similar kind of feel? Is this a specific subgenre? The songs are Steven Wilson - Harmony Codex and L'Impératrice - Balade Fantome

This put me in the mind of Ballade de Melody Nelson (not just a female speaking; Serge Gainsbourg is also singing).

The obvious recommendation is Steven Wilson's Perfect Life
Maybe also Kiew Mission by Tangerine Dream

Maybe Enigma's "Sadness, Part I", or "Roads" by Portishead?

Delerium isn’t quite what you’re asking for but it might be somewhat close. What I’ve heard has been either instrumental or ethereal music with various mostly female guest singers half singing half speaking.

Maybe start with Euphoria (Firefly) or Innocente.

Harmony codex Reminds me of David Bowie’s later album Heathen though that is on the rock side.
