Made to order pants/trousers for women?

In the last couple years there was an answer on here recommending a North American company where you could pick a style of casual pant, choose the fabric (many were like thick jersey) and length and then they would make the pant. Now I can’t find the original question anywhere. Maybe it was older? Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Only a couple of basic styles here so not super likely, but just in case: Decent Exposures?

Response by poster: Thank you everyone, Ureshii (especially the beachcomber pant) is what I am sure it was. I also thought it was Canadian but I wasn’t sure!
