Delete a delivery address from UberEats? (bear with me)

Recently, my old work address showed up as a delivery option on UberEats even though I haven't seen it on my account in ages, and my lunch went there by mistake. I've been trying to delete it, but there does not seem to be a way to do so.

I have wasted the better part of an afternoon on this. I have watched videos, read tutorials, contacted UberEats help chat. I have had the honor of being bumped up from AI customer support to real live human beings, and none of them have a solution. Every one of them starts with "go to "manage your account" and choose "settings" and then I tell them there is no "settings" option and it goes downhill from there.

I use the website to order food, but they wanted me to use the app interface, so I did, but there's still no option anywhere to delete this address.

You'd think there'd be a simple answer to this.

Best answer: Here’s how I just removed one:

1. Start on the main app screen, and select the address selection drop-down in the upper left corner.

2. Make sure an address is selected that isn’t the one you want to delete (the selected location will have a filled location pin, and the others will just be outlined).

3. Hit the edit pencil next to the address you want to delete, and that should pop up a screen called “Address Information” that will have a clickable “remove” in the top right corner.

4. Click remove, then confirm.

Response by poster: ....You have got to be fucking kidding me.

I'll be re-contacting their crack support team to let them know that four separate human beings on their staff didn't know that. They had me do everything including deleting and re-installing the app.

Unbefuckinglievable.
