Recommendations for finding a personal trainer in NYC?

What's the best way to find a personal trainer in NYC? I have no idea how to find a reputable trainer. Some requirements inside.
My requirements:
* I don't want to pay for a gym membership on top of training (I have a stationary bike & free weights at home)
* I want to meet in person with a trainer once a week who has access to gym equipment that I don't have
* I feel like a weekly appointment will keep me on task and motivated because I can't seem to remember to use the weights on my own

Check out Focus Integrated Fitness (focusnyc.com). It is both a personal training facility and a training program for personal trainers. It is on 27th Street between 6th and 7th Ave. I'm not sure of the pricing, but I think it may fit your wants.

Googling around there are a few services that specialize in exactly this, and many have a free first-time visit.
What I have done in the past is find someone I like at a gym and then move them to work with me in-home or online, and one time i asked friends and connected with someone who did workouts in the gym or apartment building they lived in. This might be a good question for /r/NYC as well, you'd likely get some good testimonials.
