Seattle ramen for the non-pork consumer

A friend of mine does not consume pork, but does consume other meats/(shell)fishes. Where's the best ramen in Seattle for this person?

To my surprise, I've discovered a lot of the "chicken stock" or "miso-shrimp stock" advertised options still contain a pork base. I know there are pure veggie (and even vegan) options, but I'm interested to hear recommendations of all stocks (including, but not limited to veg) that don't include pork.

Not identical to ramen, but U:don located on the Hill and on the Ave, has vegan mushroom dashi (I get it every time cause it's better than the default) and vegan noodle options.

Best answer: Momosan also has non-pork and non-meat ramen options. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their dishes, and are mor than willing to answer any questions. I have food allergies. I've never had any issues eating there, nor with them answering my questions.

Bonus - they are fantastic.
