Looking for custom-printed pajamas that are mostly or all cotton

My wife yearns for silly custom pajamas with our cats' faces printed on them. There are a ton of companies that will do this. The problem is all the ones I'm aware of are all synthetic materials, and she strongly dislikes wearing synthetics. Are there any companies doing this kind of print-on-demand custom sleepwear where the blanks are mostly- or all-cotton?

So my boss just ordered iron on vinyl from Teemu. She got cows and made Christmas Tshirts for her entire family. Might be worth buying a decent of jammies and then doing that? You can just order the iron on from whatever place.

Spoonflower will make cotton fabric printed with your custom designs, but you'll have to find someone to make them into pjs.

I had a tough finding actual quality products customized like this. It’ll cost more, but you might consider contacting a local apparel screen printing/design company to get their take. Perhaps you could buy the pajamas and they could do the printing?

Based on your profile info I'm assuming you are US based. The problem with pajamas is these are highly regulated by the government. I once worked for a company (over a decade ago, so my memory of it is somewhat faded) that got threatening letters from the government because our all cotton PJs were not treated with flame retardant. The end result was the company stopped making the product all together - I think because the cost of treating the cotton with the chemicals would have been too expensive at the scale we were operating at, but I could be remembering that wrong.

In any case, you'll likely have better luck finding products like this not marketed as pajamas. Less restrictions on those.

Another problem is that cotton doesn't take photo-reproduction silk screening. I recently had some custom tshirts made and the vendor steered me towards to the poly blends. I don't like that either, but I also wanted the designs. Wasn't sleeping in them though ...
