Best way to report anti-vax stuff on Amazon?

Although Amazon has removed books promoting overt anti-vax books, there are still books up (like this one by this guy) that disguise themselves as pro-vax but are secretly pushing Andrew Wakefield's ideas. Is there a good way to let Amazon know?
My first-hand experience with this book is that I was sent a copy by a well-meaning family member. When I opened it up, it claimed measles was harmless and that the MMR shot causes autism...

Response by poster: I left a negative review about how the book was written by a guy who lost his license to practice medicine. It was removed by Amazon for violating their guidelines. Then Amazon threatened to remove my posting privileges. 🤪

A difficult thing to remember is that Amazon is about profit and not really bound by any code of ethics like a doctor or journalist would be. They want to make money and the only reason, in my jaded mind, that they removed the other books is because they thought they’d lose business. This books apparently is crafty enough that it passes under the radar. Amazon probably knows but also probably doesn’t care. I am pro-vax so I understand your pain. However, the good news is that they are so many other things we can do to help! I hope someone has better advice but sadly I think the cynics win.
