Fancy Christmas brunch - Los Angeles edition?

I've lived here for decades but am suddenly finding myself at a loss - where might a small group (3-4 people) find a fancypants buffet brunch sort of thing in the LA area? Preferably downtown but Beverly Hills or Pasadena are also possibilities.

I've already done my best with googling - Huntington Gardens tea is not on 12/24 or 12/25 (and it's tea, and it's sold out anyway), the Biltmore tea is only on weekends (and it's tea). Beverly Hilton is the only thing I'm finding, but I'm hoping for a couple more options.

The thing I'm specifically looking for is more along the lines of the Fairmont or Mark Hopkins Christmas brunch buffets in San Francisco. Old fashioned and fancy but also a merry sort of melee, if that makes any sense.

Best answer: Some thoughts:
-- Christmas at the Langham in Pasadena
-- Christmas Eve + Day at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills
-- Christmas Eve at the Beverly Wilshire
-- the Ritz-Carlton downtown mentions Christmas dining but with few details, so call them
-- Hotel Bel-Air website talks about festive season dining with few details; I'd give them a call

I don’t see anything at Castaway Burbank, but maybe that’s an option.

I’d like to echo Christmas at the Langham for exactly that SF Fairmont feel.

The Century Plaza in Century City is LA's local branch of Fairmont.
