A text-to-speech app that supports ePubs *with* table of contents

Help me find an iPad app that reads aloud ePubs with functioning table of contents so I can keep up with readings for school when I don't want to read (with my eyeballs).

I tried out a couple I found on the Apple store already but none show a working table of contents for my ePub documents (even though it works in the Apple Books app).

A working table of contents is pretty important so that I can easily navigate to specific chapters of a book that were assigned for reading (especially for ePubs that don't have fixed page numbers).

Best answer: My favorite app for this is Voice Dream Reader, which reads epubs and many other formats. IT definitely has support for table of contents.

For Android, I use Moon + Reader Pro (paid version)
