Where can I buy notecards that are all of these things: both sides blank, close to 100 lb, good for ballpoint pen writing, rounded corners, and a size like 6x4 or 5.5 x 4.25?

If you find the size and weight you like, but not the corners, a corner punch might be an option.

Response by poster: Hmm, yes. The Hamilcos and the Jeemiter are currently en route to test. I might need a heavier punch for this much cutting (and I'll need enough cards that the markup paid for pre-cut and pre-rounded is going to be significant if the Hamlicos work.)

For large quantities: CutCardStock.com has 100-lb 4x6 flat cards in bulk (4.25 x 5.5 inch, too), and offers corner rounding on orders.
