Receipt Scanning and Tagging App Recommendations

My partners and I are looking for an iOS and Android mobile app that can scan shopping receipts and allow us to tag them so we can keep a running tally of who owes whom money. We're in Switzerland, so it has to work with non-US receipts. We're fine with paying a small subscription fee.

Best answer: we have used Splitwise for this exact purpose with good success for the last few years.
