Who does Gary Louris remind me of?

This link goes to the 0:33 mark of a video of Dar Williams and Gary Louris performing. Gary's face in this shot reminds me strongly of... someone. Anyone else see a resemblance to maybe a TV or movie actor?

Hopefully the someone isn't just someone I know IRL but have somehow forgotten.

I was going to say this real estate agent with a cool name who once showed us some apartments. But then again he always reminded me of Will Ferrell...
