Looking for a workspace

I live in Portland, OR. I am looking to set up a small production studio with a recording space, light grid and room for a tiny master control area. Besides letting me do contracting work, I see it as a place to do other small scale production work that doesn't rise to the level of some of the larger studios in town. Even smaller than the community access, Open Signal studio on MLK.
As the city/area rebounds, artists and start ups seem to be looking to get themselves out there, and I think I can position myself to help them. I know the technology makes it very easy for anyone to do their own production but my guess is there is a niche that just wants to focus on their thing and let someone else do the job of telling the world about it. A legal business entity already exists. I am gathering the gear. Now I just need the facility.
A Tuff-Shed of the size I would need costs $10K. I can either build a space on my property (assembling a materials list for a non-Tuff Shed, 16x24 pole barn) which the plans say should take about a week, or I can rent a commercial space.
But I am wondering if there are any of those shared, entrepreneurial spaces I used to hear so much about. There was a non-profit one here called Hatch Labs, that offered work spaces, but it closed during Covid. And I know there are places like Headquarters type companies that rent spaces exclusive to businesses for their operations. When I lived in Salt Lake, the Miller Entrepreneurial Business Center did just that. Is there anything like that in Portland and is there a range of costs for using them? Also, any sources on how to schedule use of such a facility would be helpful to me.
Thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated.

I was looking for a more barebones possibility and came across this (artists mostly, but seems to have a wide range of space configurations), which is super accessible by MAX (Albina/Mississippi).
