Bedding for sofa-beds

I will be hosting houseguests soon, for somewhat longer stays. The sofa-bed they will be sleeping on unfolds into a 'full'-sized mattress that's 7" thick. Please help me find good-quality bedding that will fit this couch well and make my guests' stays comfortable!

It's proving remarkably difficult to find bedding that's both sized for a relatively-thin sofa mattress, and isn't from some no-name brand on Amazon that I'm hesitant to trust.

Consider getting a sofa support board if the bed is at all saggy.

You could make the mattress thicker with a Zinus mattress topper, available at Amazon. Or get a thick, thick mattress cover. We do this, though the topper needs to be stored elsewhere when it's not on the sofabed since it won't close up otherwise. A topper makes the mattress much more comfortable.

We just use regular full size sheets. There may be a few extra inches on the fitted sheet due to the thinner depth, but that just wraps under the mattress and out of sight anyway. Everything else is the same.

unless marked "extra deep" or something like that, regular full size sheets default to being pretty darn shallow.

Any regular full size sheets will work. The ones that will work the best will have elastic all the way around the opening for the fitted sheet, and not just at the corner.

I added a foldable mattress topper for about $100 which added comfort and is a little easier to store than a regular topper. It'd also solve the linen dilemma.

The Vermont Country Store (and presumably other venders) sell “shallow pocket” sheets.
