Virtual assistant using Microsoft suite

I use the Microsoft suite at work and want to leverage it more to do assistant type work for me. I tried today, and it was, not great. Help?

Basically what I'd like it to do is have it look at my calendar and that of my colleagues and tell me times that are open for me to set up a meeting. Yes, I can do this myself through the calendar app, but I want to know say, 6-7 times that are free, so I can then share that with someone from another company and find a time to meet. I then want to automatically put that information into an email, and when the person responds back, have that automatically add to my calendar. You know, like a real life assistant. Unfortunately, my work won't hire me the real deal. But isn't Microsoft supposed to have all sorts of fancy AI???

Things I tried:
Cortana - did not work. Cortana kept scheduling meetings with my colleague for Saturday afternoons. I work business hours, and my calendar is restricted to that. Cortana is terrible.
Bookings app plug in - this is really for people to book meetings with me like I am a hair dresser or restaurant reservation. I don't do that, and the people I'm meeting with, won't respond positively to me sending them a booking app link.

I can't hire an online assistant, because my work is sensitive and I can't allow people not working with me access to my emails and calendar etc. Though my work is fine with Microsoft spying on me.

Is there anything else I can try? Or use?

As an invitee, I've been impressed with Calendly, which seems to do this well.

Best answer: I’m on my personal iPad so I can’t check at the moment but I’ve used an Outlook plug-in called FindTime that I think is close to what you want.

Best answer: I think Microsoft's FindTime is at least close to what you are looking for.

FindTime as oceano says is very close. It won't automatically pick 6-7 slots but you should see available slots and just click the ones you want to include in the FindTime invitation.
