examples of US civil offenses with statutory fines of $10,000 or less

I want to contact my US senators and representatives about a federal civil penalty that I consider grossly disproportionate to the offense. To put the issue into context, I'm looking for examples of civil offenses that carry a fine of $10,000 or less, particularly at the federal level.

For example, this Department of Labor page indicates that a minimum wage/overtime violation is punishable by a maximum civil fine of $1,000, and the civil fine for employing a minor in violation of child labor law is capped at $10,000 per child employee. I'm particularly interested in federal civil offenses, but state offenses are also welcome. Thanks!

Here is a federal civil penalty of $2000 for improper display of horses.

Here is a giant list of civil penalties related to transportation. They have to adjust them periodically for inflation, so this is a long list of infractions and the related civil penalty amounts. A lot of them are less than $10,000.

That's not so much about display of horses as cruelty to horses, in case you want to use that example.
