Hotel for young family in Center City Philly

Visiting Philly in early April for 3 nights as a family of 4 (4 yo and 2yo). We know Philly well from an era before kids. Do you have recommendations for hotels in Center City that would work well for a family? I looked at Roost Midtown & Rittenhouse. Kitchen is not so important but we would be willing to pay for space and kid-friendly vibes. AirBnB suggestions welcome if you have a specific link. Thanks!

I see Kimpton Hotel Monaco and Renaissance Downtown on the 400 block of Chestnut opposite Independence Hall and close to Washington Green, perfect for running around a bit. There are also some good food options in the area, bagels, coffee.
More touristic on the parkway, but the Sheraton Downton at 17th & Race is a block from Sister Cities Park and Logan Square, and close to the main library with a delightful children's section, plus the museums and a nearby mega Whole Foods with many dining options within.
Any of the options near Rittenhouse also seem fine, location-wise. Good luck with your trip!
