Get me some temporary cheap space with an incredible view!

Those high-rises in center city, Philadelphia: Are there coffeeshops in any of them? I want to spend less than $5 on a drink and then do some programming for a couple hours with an incredible view. In lieu of that, other ideas?

This is actually a non-answer. But, in case you ever make friends with someone who can take you up to the employee cafeteria in the Comcast Tower, that's pretty much the best option I can think of. Gorgeous views of 1 and 2 Liberty Place and the rest of the city. It's up there, but nothing I can find says that it is accessible to the public, sorry.
