Best All-Inclusive Resort in Cuba for an Adult and a 5 Year old

What's the best resort in Cuba for an adult and a 5 year old. I don't want "kids club" (i.e. babysitting) I do want kid-suitable amenities including water-park like pools, calm accessible beach, good food.
I'm a picky eater my son isn't and last time we were in Cuba he ate a bucket of congri ever day and was in heaven. Me, I like fabulous seafood and great steaks.

All I can say is that varadero has the calm accessible beach angle covered (not sure about any other regions of Cuba).
If you focus your search on food reviews, you could probably quickly eliminate any results that don't have photos of waterslides etc.
