How to interpret Mexican car rental insurance options

Insurance options The "Alamo Protection Package" seems to include the options above it (third party liability and collision damage waiver). But it also says that "APP is not insurance". Does this mean that it's different from picking the third party liability option separately?

What would you recommend that I pick here?

I think it's just giving you Third Party, Collision Damage Waiver, and Deductable Protection for $280 instead of $336 (if you bought them all separately)?
