One Calendar To Rule Them All

Is there an app that can pull all my appointments and reminders from a bunch different Google and Outlook calendars and put them in a single calendar on my phone?

I have 8 different Google accounts on my phone and as a result am constantly saving appointments to the wrong calendar and half of them aren't even in the correct timezone!

I also have a bunch of stuff in my Outlook calendar at work and not being able to see my work calendar when I'm scheduling doctor appointments is causing problems.

I just want to see ALL my appointments and reminders in ONE PLACE in the CORRECT TIMEZONE without having to constantly switch accounts.

Please advise, thanks.

Do you have an iPhone? If so you can add all of your accounts to the calendars app via Settings. This is how I accomplish what you’re after with my calendars.

I did not find the iOS calendar to work correctly with an additional calendar. It synced my own calendar just fine but kept missing updates on the second calendar. I replaced it with the Google Calendar app because both of mine were in google already.

The Outlook app says it will sync with GMail accounts, so I would try that out and test it to make sure it syncs correctly.

I really like the app Fantastical for calendar management on iOS. My favorite feature is calendar sets, which allows you to group your calendars. I have a home view (my personal calendar, family calendar, my husband’s personal calendar), work, etc. You can also automate having it show different sets at different times of day.

I use a SaaS app called CalendarBridge (https://calendarbridge.com/) to sync events from several Google calendars and corporate Outlook calendars into a single account so that I have a single overview view of things.

This might be easier in the long run than trying to juggle multiple calendar accounts in an iOS app.

I previously tried to use an Outlook calendar in GCal, and it didn't sync often enough (like less than daily), and I was unsuccessful at trying to sync it more often. I would definitely test this option before you rely on it.

Which android? I use the stock calendar app on my galaxy s22 and it handles multiple calendars very well. It defaults to the last calendar i put a new appt in, but easy to change. And it color codes them based on which calendar they are on.

The Calendar app in Android can sync to multiple Google calendars and present them in one view, but the sticking point I see here is Outlook - how would your work Outlook make those calendars available to "the Internet" so your phone can see them? Are you using Outlook on the web or Outlook on desktop with an Exchange server?

Also note: recently it seems that Outlook desktop is having problems with "Internet Calendars" so trying to see everything in one Outlook is probably not the way to go.

Why do you have eight Google accounts? It sounds like you are doing that to handle multiple timezones, but Google Calendar lets you create multiple calendars, setting the timezone for each, plus you can set the timezone for individual events
