I can tell that I slacked off 15 times on that day

Does any one know of a way by which I could get a running stream of postings I make in various Slack teams I'm part of? Not as a one-time archive download, but (e.g.) as an RSS feed of my ongoing activity. All the RSS things that I can find are meant to send RSS to Slack, not from Slack. (Doesn't have to be RSS, but that's the general idea.)

Basically, I want to save my Slack postings because after years pass, I forget I even made them. I keep an electronic diary for other things, and have automated saving other things (Discourse, GitHub activity) but haven't found a way to do it for Slack.

You can use Zapier to do things with messages but it won't pick up all of your messages, just the ones you manually tag in some way. You could use a custom emoji to react to messages which would trigger a Zap, but that's not an automatic solution like you're looking for.

A service which triggers whenever a particular person posts a message is obviously going to be a magnet for stalkers, harassers, and bullies, sadly, which might be why Slack's API doesn't seem to provide that option, which in turn explains why there are no services that offer this (as far as I've ever been able to find; maybe someone else knows of one).
